About the course

HSS IV is the fourth course in the BrainSmith Health Systems Science series. It looks at the teams, tools, and data behind safe, high quality care. Across five modules you will cover high-performance interprofessional teams; patient safety, high reliability, and just culture; continuous quality improvement frameworks; health informatics and EHR analytics; and ethical AI and digital health integration. Eric Robertson, PT, DPT, FAAOMPT

Eric Robertson is a co-founder of BrainSmith and a physical therapy educator with nearly two decades on DPT faculty. He teaches at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, serves on the IFOMPT Standards Committee, and hosts the PT Outcast podcast. His work focuses on primary care physical therapy, health systems science, clinical reasoning, and curricular innovation.
